Only Indian citizens can use this portal to file RTI Applications and First Appeals.

  • First Appeal: ₹50
Applicants under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category are exempt from paying the application fee. A valid BPL certificate must be uploaded.
You can pay online using:
  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • QR Code
Your application is registered only after the fee is paid successfully.
You can upload supporting documents in PDF format only.
The maximum file size is 1 MB.
Applications can be submitted only during working hours (10:00 AM to 4:30 PM). Applications submitted later will be processed on the next working day.
Click "Apply First Appeal" and enter the registration number of your original RTI application.
No. Online First Appeal is available only for RTI applications filed through this portal.
Click the "View" option and enter your registration details.
Yes. Provide your email ID and mobile number to receive notifications.
Your application is sent electronically to the concerned Public Information Officer (PIO).
The PIO will notify you, and you can pay the additional charges through the portal.
No. Fees or copying charges paid through the portal are non-refundable.
